Following a competitive tender we secured the fit out of this new purpose built large format retail park store for M&S. The store comprised of 150,000 sqft spread over two floors which encompassed a number of green initiatives including rain water harvesting, greenwall irrigation & PV’s. The store included a Deli, Bakery, large customer café, customer toilets & staff accommodation.
