Following a successful tender bid we secured this Design and Build fit out of a 22,500 sqft 3 storey CAT A office block. The spacial constraints of this existing building envelope required. Careful and detailed coordination of risers and ceiling void space due to extremely tight services voids.

- Above Ground Drainage
- Fit out of landlords common toilet areas
