This competitively tendered Design and Build project involved the complete installation of mechanical services and plumbing systems into a new high specification gym located in the heart of the city of London deep within below ground basements. The physical height restrictions, below ground location and landlords services provided a real challenge to incorporate full services requirements for this large high end leisure complex.
